Disgusting service from greyhound south africa

Absolutely shocking service. Aircon not working downstairs it is like a oven down here. Drivers dont care. Our bus was delayed by over an hour because of a flat wheel. Greyhound has gone down big time and i hope thay close down again. The Drivers stopped and got out but didn't allow us the paying passengers to get out and stretch. Never again
