Disgusting Service and Poor Management

Poor service from Greyhound,bus was supposed to leave JHB@06:45, AC1Y6H01. It's now 21:20 still stucked at park Station. I'm invited for an interview tmrw of which already I won't make it since I've to be on Site at 08:00am. It's so disgusting and a shame to have such service. I need my refund
