Disgusting service

Good evening I come with great regret, I booked my tickets for Thursday 8aug and 11aug Thursday I had no problem with the service whatsoever But the pick up at park station CBD joburg was utter disgusting Street vendors on the bus selling things chips earphones etc People boarding the bus with alcohol No clean toilets People speaking loud and not respecting the next passenger Drinking on the bus

All we ask for is cleanliness, respect and strict security Greyhound has been a trusted company for many many years. But to see the service deteriorate day by day It’s disgusting
