Disgusting Service

1 would like to complain about the driver of the Greyhound bus 17199. - firstly he was 2 hours late for his pick up of myself in Underberg - I was told on Saturday to wait outside the lemon tree stop, near the Shell Station , which i did. - I was waiting in a car as it was 9 degrees and I cannot outside in the cold for 2 hours - he didn't even stop in Underberg nor slow down to see if there was passengers waiting for him. - I called the call center number three times who kindly assisted but on the third call, who then confirmed the bus ride was 1 min away (it drove past me then). - when we flagged the bus down just before Bulwer, the driver didn't want to let me on the bus because I asked him why he didn't stop in Underberg and then promptly refused to let me on the bus and nearly ran me over when trying to walk in front of the bus

This level of service and angry attitude by the driver is an absolute disgrace and I would like a refund for my ticket but have recieved no responses to my email.

I can obtain video footage from both the Shell Petrol Station and the Engen Petrol Station to verify that the bus driver did not stop at either bus stations. I also verified with bystanders at the Engen petrol station that the bus did not stop there.
