Disgusting Service

I booked citiliner bus at shoprite and the ticket says to catch the bus at mthatha station. Bus was leaving at 3pm. This was yesterday. I got at the bus station few mins before 3pm and there was no citiliner offices. No one informed me to go to eldo offices. I saw greyhound bus leave when i was there. I was looking for a citiliner bus. I was eventually told by hawkers to go to eldo offices which i found closed at 3:02pm. I tried calling greyhound offices with no success. They dont answer phones. I lost about R300 worth of airtime. While on hold some guy called me 5 mins after the bust left to ask where i was the bus just left. He works with the bus i assume. I told him i saw the bus leave and why is he only callin 5 mins after the bus left. He said he told the driver but driver did not care he just left and is driving fast. He told me to get transportation and chase the bus it will stop at mount frere which is 3 towns after mthatha. I hired a van to chase the bus but still tried calling the office. The 1st person told me they cant help me i will just have to rebook tomorrow full price. I kept on calling and was eventually helped by Sisanda who was very polite and helpful. She called the driver and told him we are chasing him he must wait for us at mount frere. We rushed to mount frere and i am travelling with 3 kids. When we got to mont frere the bus was not there. I had to find alternative bus and beg for space which i paid full price for because i could not go back to mthatha. While in the bus i called the office again and Sisanda told me the driver said he only stopped for few mins and left i must chase him and find him at kokstad. I booked a bus because i dont have transportation. I was told to go to kokstand which is ridiculous. I paid the alternative and we left. When we got to kostad then greyhound office called back saying i must jump off from that bus and wait there for cotiliner bus its gone to matatiele but he does not know how long. How was i suppose to jump off with 3 kids in pouring rain and night to wait for unknown. I told him it’s impossible to jump off because the alternative bus is leaving kokstad and my luggage is big i cant just up and go. He told me he would speak to his supervisor and call me today. Till now no call. Been callin whole day losing airtime holding. It’s impossible to get through their line.
