Disgusting service

Pathetic service even writing and e mail no response they don't care about clients they want your money after that ***** you . Friday the bus from Newcastle to Pretoria dropped us off at park station NO one explained to us anything we waited for 2 hours calling call center no help the office lady ran away as we were complaining. Today same thing as I was returning home we were dropped off at park station NO explanation called the call center 8:20 I was told bus is refulling at the depo, we waited for 3 hours excuses about traffic , I think go back to business rescue and ask intercape to provide training , your service is disgusting and reading the reviews I can see you just don't care .
