Disgusting Service

<p>We were waiting for a bus that was scheduled to leave Midlands at 6:05am but the bus arrived at 7:18am. No communication to your passengers as to what the hold up is..? Nothing... the bus that arrived to pick us to Park station was reeking of urine. It's disgusting that a bus that's been in the transportation business for so long still can't get the basics correct. Never again... I've had enough of this mediocre service towards paying customers. Clearly you don't even care about you complaints based on the reviews and ratings on this site. Intercape is by far better than this.. </p>
