Disgusting service
I booked a Greyhound Dreamliner bus travelling from Cape Town to Pretoria with my 4 year old daughter. Apart from us getting different seats, which is a story for another day. When we got to Johannesburg we were the only two left down stairs. Apparently the bus drivers told everyone upstairs to get off and get into another bus to Pretoria. When he came to tell us to get off everyone was out already.
I get off rushing and as I was looking for my ticket for my lagguage I accidentally dropped my phone. It was just when I got to the other bus that I saw that I don't have my phone. A lady said that she picked up the phone and gave it to one of the drivers and two more other ladies said they saw her giving the phone to the chubby driver. I went to the front and informed the driver and he told me to go and tell the people at the office in Pretoria.
OMG! The service in that office is disgusting. Home Affairs is far better than their service. After waiting for like 15 -20 Min for this lady talking on her cellphone while I am standing in front of her.
She told to speak to another guy when I told him my story. He just picked up the phone and started to make phone calls. Asking for the Cape Tow's drivers numbers. After that he vanished for a good 1hr 15min and when I asked the lady that I spoke with at first she went and look for him. And he was outside chatting. While I am still waiting for him.
When he came back he made another call and eventually got hold of the driver. The driver told me that a lady did give a phone However he gave the phone to another guy that came out of the bus last. when I started to ask him questions, because I was the last person to get out and if the lady picked up the phone from outside. Why did he give it to someone inside the bus? Then he said he doesn't want to talk to me.
