Disgusting *********** service

I’m so angry at your service a bus from Durban to jhb that was suppose to depart at 22:00 came at 23:44 , we left & got to Montrose at 3am for a 15mins break, an hour later at 4am we are told the bus is broken leaking, the fixer came at 6 and the driver left us in a cold bus & was laughing making fone calls to his loved ones, no update what so ever, I called the customer service no answer, one passanger went to ask the guy who was fixing the bus & told him it’s more than fixing there’s a part that is needed & the store opens around 9 & it will take a few hours to service it, what kind of service is that ??? On a festive, is it not a protocol to take your buses for service before festive season ??? I have a 9am appointment in Fourways I had to get off the bus & hike at the garage luckily I got a taxi, now I’m taking this matter to all media communication & Hello Peter to expose this unexplainable disgusting service, I need my money back. 4F36EMJ Ref
