DISGUSTING GREYHOUND/ CITILINER COUCH LINES

I booked a bus ticket from JHB - DBN departures 30/09/19 at 21:30 and land at 04:00 but the bus only left at 22:47 after we an hour they called the driver to come back for other people after the 23:30 bus since it was full and left those people for a 21:30 bus then we had to come back for them. What a bad experience with this Citiliner Bus I am so disappointed with their disgusting and disrespectful behavior and service. The driver never said a word to is he just turned the bus until we asked him and he responded with an irritated tone. I will not recommend their busses to anyone who mind their time management. JUST STAY AWAY. they treat people like dust they have no respect for their customers.
