Disgusting customer service ..

The worst customer service experience of my life on the 08/08/2019. As a loyal n experienced customer to greyhound I called in to their call centre and was assisted by a Sibisiso Mkhize who knows nothing about customer service, his rude n inconsiderate he refused to help me with my Capitec card n he knew nothing about Edgars promo n instead of checking wanted to argue .. The call became uncomfortable when he wanted to know where I was going beyond my stop !?!
