Disgusting and impatient behaviour from bus driver

I got on the bus from Grahamstown to Cape Town on the 15th July 2025 in the evening. Booking was made by my daughter by telephone ( please pull up telephone records ) , that I am a pensioner and need to sit downstairs as well as travelling with a minor and requesting to sit together. The bus arrived in Grahamstown and these arrangements had not been taken into consideration, the driver was extremely rude and impatient even with my sister who got on with us helping us with luggage . I’ve had a back operation and a pensioner surely it’s understandable that m not able to carry out certain things that others can do easily . The drivers reaction was absolutely disgusting and if this is the kind of service that Greyhound is giving then it is the last time I’m using the bus service or recommending it . I will report and take the complaint further
