Disgusting and Horrible Service

We were booked for a bus from Durban to Midrand at 22H00 on the 9th of July 2023. The bus arrived 30minutes late at Durban Station we stood in the freezing cold waiting, our bags were loaded in the bus without tags. There was a cat inside the bus with a horrid smell. When we arrived in Johannesburg the driver told us he is too tired to drive any further we must wait for the next bus coming. They loaded us, a whole 3 loads of bus passengers into one bus , the bus was filled to the brim, passengers stood in the passages. The driver was rude and disrespectful. What a waste of R750 for such horrible service
