Disgusting and appalling service

I am so unhappy with the service. I booked my wife and baby a bus that was supposed to depart at 07:45am. The Bus departed in Kimberley after 10am. The bus was to arrived at its destination at 03:15pm. It is now 06:58pm the bus is not even in Johannesburg. This is disappointing. If wanted City to City service I would booked a city to city bus which would have cost half the price if not 3 times less. I will never use greyhound services. It's a waste of money and convenience and would recommend no one to use Greyhound bus
