Disgusted service

My anger and frustration cannot be put into words... I am disgusted by the service. You pay sleepliner you get a citiliner...There is a reason I booked a sleepliner!!!!! No communication from anyone...buses are invested with ****croaches my word.. and buses are not on time...Greyhound service is horrible...remove your buses from the road with immediate effect please!
