Disgusted dissatisfied disappointed angry and furious.

Totally disgusted and dissatisfied with the service we received from Greyhound. Firstly no organisation at the station whatsoever, the platform staff are so rude and unfriendly shouting at a person when u ask for confirmation of u even in the right place. Secondly you get allocated a time that ur bus will leave, lone and behold u get told sorry ur bus is very delayed ( by 3 hours) only to get told oh sorry ur not on the greyhound luxury liner u paid for but a citiliner bus that was absolutely disgusting.

The drivers from jhb to the half way mark to cpt lovely people friendly and helpful. The drivers from halfway to cpt omfg how disgustingly rude unprofessional and unfriendly. Actually just made u want to get off the dam bus.

Thirdly the bus starts making weird noises that the passangers could hear clearly, the drivers decided oh well carry on driving. That in the middle of driving we get pulled over by police because of the noise.

Fourthly, we just leave worster and what happened the bus breaks down. The u-bolts broke off. Then the drivers had to firstly go buy airtime to contact ur facility leaving us stranded on the side of the road. They informed us an hour later that a bus might be coming from cape Town to pick us up but it won't be the whole bus passangers only a few and then the rest would have to go on another bus. Some passangers actually paid an extra 120 rand on top of ur liners charges to get to their destination. We were also told that we might have to wait for 5 hours for a machanic to come and fix the problem.

I in turn had to phone my mother whom has leukemia that was two hours away to come and fetch us as we were already so late and delayed. How is that fair on my family and myself and my husband.

How would u feel if u had to phone ur terminally ill parent to come and fetch u that time of day being sick. Who is going to reemberse her her petrol money. Who is going to reemberse us the airtime we had to buy to phone our families that we were firstly extremely delayed and then to top it off stuck on the side of the road.

Greyhound was once upon a time one of the best bus services now I wouldn't even recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Highly highly disappointed in greyhound and the service u people have provided.

Would love to know how u would fix this problem and communication with ur customers. Because this is totally unacceptable.

Mothers with small babies standing on the side of a highway the elderly standing on the side of the highway. Disgusting.

Totally totally disgusted beyond words.

I pray this finds the right persons because I'm so angry.
