Disgusted by service

I have travelled on Wednesday evening with Greyhound and been calling them to confirm the bus to Johannesburg from Capetown if its a dreamliner. There customer service is so poor and the bus was more like a budget bus tv screens broken, charging ports not working. The bus is infested with ****roaches. I thought someone touched my arm meanwhile it was ****roache crawling on me. It was very unpleasant I was looking forward to the Greyhound experience.
