Disgusted by Greyhound

Appalling and disgusting service!!!

Booked a bus for my sister and 6month old son from Pretoria to Durban. Firstly the bus was supposed was supposed to come at 9h15pm but ended up coming at 10h30pm with no explanation to the customers what was happening!

Secondly I get a call at 2am from my sister telling me that when they got to Park Station, they were swapped from a Greyhound to a "Mega Coach" bus with no explanation again why and that on their way to Durban they were flagged down by a truck driver and told that the fuel tank was LEAKING. They had to leave the bus and stand outside in the rain. 6 month old standing in the rain because of YOUR negligence!

I had to wake up and drive for 300kms to fetch them and what I found there was a sickening sight!

Diesel all over the road! What if the bus caught fire?

Firstly the bus looked VERY FILTHY. People were complaining about the heaters not working (as per driver) in this cold weather.

Are these the so called high standards that you speak of?

Secondly, should my son get sick, I will be sending you the doctor's invoice!

I DO NOT WANT ANY REBOOKING, I WANT A REFUND. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE CLOSE TO ME NEVER USES YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.
