Disgusted

We booked a greyhound bus on the 4th of April 2023 from Cape Town to Potchefstroom, the bus was scheduled to leave Cpt at 19h00 but we received an sms stating that the bus has been delayed, we waited for more than 2 hours and finally the bus arrived at around 21h30 , the most annoying part was no one bothered to come to us and explain what was really happening. And secondly we had to load our own bags into the bus, I personally asked one member of the greyhound "are we loading our own luggage " the answer was "yes" without hesitation. I am so disgusted and dessapoint with such treatment because greyhound buses used to be the best. Never again I use them. We were supposed to reach our destination at 11h00 am but we only got in Potchefstroom around 17h00
