Disgusted

I am so disappointed with Greyhound i booked a ticket from estcourt midway to cape only for them to send me an sms and say the bus is delayed by and sfter that nobody called me or sent me an sms to say anything .hours later when i call i spoke to a tsepo and he said the bus is passing pmb and the bus never showed up.such bad service from such a big company.
