Disgruntled driver takes it out on passengers

The driver firstly has an altercation with a customer while boarding the bus in Pretoria. He is continuously swearing and voicing out his opinions. What us unacceptable is how he threatened all passengers aloud that he will drive at 60km/h the whole trip to Polokwane and says we will arrive there at 6pm as opposed to 3pm. <br> <br> He is inconsiderate, crude and this behaviour is affecting every passenger aboard the Greyhound bus.<br> We book this coach for its service, convenience and efficiency. I for one will never use this service again on this route!!
