Disgruntled About Refund System

Unfortunately the review doesn't show a 0 star, otherwise I could have used it. I cancelled my ticket on December 11 2024 but up to date I am still struggling to get my refund. The only customer service consultant who have been helping is Knomisani Kwinika. All the others they aren't. They say they will connect you to the refunds department but that call will never go through. They don't respond to their emails. I the future I wouldnt advise anyone to use Greyhound I am extremely dissapointed myself
