disgrace what greyhound has come to robbing there clients really

greyhound is robbing there clients and has no remorse they look for any way of robbing ways to make more money i had the worse encounter ever with grey hound i never expected them to do such a thing on 08-06-2019 my daughter made a booking for me she booked via computicket and gave my id number and name and surname booking was confirmed for bus depart: 11:00 on the 08-06-2019 and *** / L5LCNHEC (durban-johannesburg parktown) was given to my daughter also computicket smsed me the confirmation as well but what a horrible experience and daily ******* .... i arrived at Durban station 09:55 i then went to receptionist and she was so rude and said they are very busy but no problem the bus only departing at 11:00 i can come back around 10:50 to board which i did as she stated i then went to go do few shopping for food stuffs for traveling at the closest checkers i arrived backed at exactly 10:45 when i got back to reception another lady was there and when i gave the reference number again she said sorry but they sold my ticket to some one else and the bus left already i asked her how is that possible a bus scheduled for 11:00 to leave at 10:45 and i advised i was told to return back at 10:50 from her previous college she just added that the ticket was sold already to some one else there nothing she can do about it i queried about the bus that was standing outside and passengers boarding she ignored me so i went to the driver and passengers they all confirmed that its 11:00 bus Durban to jhb i then called computicket and the stories just continued my whole day was messed up i had to spend my whole day up till 10:00 as that the only other buses departing for jhb and i had to pay again for another ticket i was never refunded for greyhound ticket they just sold my ticket to someone else so they made double there money as i paid and whom ever they sold it to another thing i had to sleep at the bus station as there nothing else to do from 11:00 the morning till the eldos coaches bus departed which was 22:00 the evening and that was the only other buses leaving for jhb and that was the earliest now tell me what will greyhound do or say or how will they cover this up now i would love to know this please as im waiting on my son to hear if we can pursue further legal action against greyhound for what the did to me
