Discounts

I love Citiliner/GreyHound buses. I use them when traveling long distances because of comfort and they keep time and apologize when running late. However today I was very disappointed by how they handled my complaint.

I booked 2 citiliner tickets from Johannesburg to Mount Frere for Tuesday 29 January hoping to get their 15% discount I normally get when using the capitec card(which is awesome) but the cashier did not give me the discount and she couldn't assist me rectify that in anyway. She only told me about a refund which I could only get within 7 to 14 working day.

I called customer careline hoping they can assist. The guy I spoke try by all means to get away from assisting me through lies. He told me the discount is for GreyHound buses only, after telling him his lying he tried to come up with another lie but I was informed enough, I ran out of airtime before I could even get assistance because the person on the other end was only trying to get me to back off instead of assisting.

I am very disappointed. It's such a pity cause I actually like GreyHound/Citiliner buses. But your employees are not treating us well at all.
