Discount on my 2 daughters that are students.

My hubby booked the bus on Monday from East London to Cape Town and it was us and my 20 Year old Varsity student and my 4 year old daughter. He was told to pay the full price of 750r for each individual with NO DISCOUNT for the Students. are we not suppose to get the discounts for the 2 girls that are students. I just need a clarity on this.
