Disappointment

Good day<br> <br> Greyhound buses are the most comfortable and well maintained buses that we customers perceive.Greyhound makes your trip pleasant because of the service as well.My name is Lwandile Fundam,I booked a bus for Iviwe and Luthando Fundam 2 young teenagers that are travelling from Port Elizabeth to Durban today the 27/12/2015 .It is with great disappointment that the kids are getting wet in the coach.Apparently the coach is leaking water.<br> <br> I called your customer care and spoke to a lovely lady Thabita Kgadi a very nice lady whom i asked to speak to a team leader.I spoke to a lady by the name of Bridget Luhave who is a Team Leader there.I must say that the lady is arrogant and the service that she gave me is just disappointing.disappointing. Bridget Luhave is the most arrogant person ive ever dealt with.In customer services you need to Empathise with customers and Bridget Luhave just showed me that she does not care and she is just bored.I would like you to listen to the call and hear the rudeness that she gave me.Her attitude stinks.<br> <br> This lady has managed to change my perception with Greyhound.<br> <br> <br> Lwandile Fundam<br> <br>
