Disappointing Service or rather non-existing service at tha

This bus company is such a disappointment and I urge anyone to never ever use it. They are useless and should just go back under the rock they went to during COVID-19. This company has no business reopening. I am sitting here in the cold waiting for bus they said they would have waiting for a bus in Belville. This happened after being picked up by Eldo Coaches and NOT a Greyhound bus. Got on the Eldo Bus at 12h30 and we have been waiting since we were dropped off at about about 13h00. We have been delayed now by 3 hours because we should have left Cape Town for Durban at 12h05.
