Disappointing service

My boyfriend and I booked a bus ticket from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The main reason we booked citiliner was because their buses have air-conditioning, recliner and comfortable seats, more than one driver and a toilet. To my surprise I had to go on a 16 hour trip in a loud, uncomfortable bus, that has only one driver and no toilet. This was not what I paid for and this was not the services I was promised. I feel I paid a lot of money for a ****ty service. I should have been given a chance to decide if I accept this bus they have, but I received an sms an hour before departure that Citiliner will be using another bus for whatever reasons. This is a very long trip and the least I could have gotten was a comfortable trip to Johannesburg. <br>
