Disappointing Greyhound customer service

Really disappointed with Greyhound- I travelled home from university yesterday. Greyhound normally provide tea and coffee throughout the journey and there was none. There was also no toilet paper or coach attendant which is very unusual. The person before me had left chicken bones behind and there were no plastic bags for ******* so I couldn't even get rid of them. The on-board entertainment also wasn't working. I've had good service from Greyhound before so this was disappointing.
