Disappointing Greyhound

My family loves Greyhound but they have been a disappointment of late. My brother is currently stuck near the road, without food, water or money for a taxi. No one knows when the bus will be fixed. There is not back up bus to take people to their destinations. This is right! infact it makes me think that Greyhound does not care for customers much as they say they do. *****ed and worried customer*
