Disappointed with the service

Am disappointed with the service from Greyhound. Booked Greyhound on the 30 November 2019 for the 1st Dec 2019 for 18:15 from King Williams Town - Pretoria. Bus only arrived at 19:35, as if it was not enough, we are traveling with Citiliner instead of Greyhound. My trip is ruined shame, and I won't make it to work tomorrow. Am not impressed at all
