Disappointed customer

I'm so disappointed with Greyhound. None cares about the customer. We were moved from Pretoria at 16:15 and told that the bus is delayed and we gonna find it in Johannesburg. We have been waiting for the bust foe almost 2hours.we have written to customer care and went and complain to the Greyhound offices only to find that the bus is still at the depot. We have elderly people that have been standing without any explanation. Greyhound drivers and others wearing the T-shirts and shirt of Greyhound are just don't and not even willing to ask and tell the customers.

I wonder what happened to Greyhound. It was never like this.
