Disappointed

Really disappointed, had to cancel my bus ticket due to an emergency. Their terms and conditions say you can cancel your ticket over 24 hours before your initial trip. I called them to cancel my ticket on Thursday for a trip that was supposed to be on Sunday, I called and they requested that I send an email which I did. No response until today, will never book with them again
