DISAPPOINTED

I booked two tickets for my parents to travel from Durban to Pretoria. Firstly the bus was late ,secondly the bus airconditioning was not working. So my parents had to endure and very uncomfortable and unpleasant journey .Surely you can do better than this Greyhound?
