Dirty Bus

I travel on the 27/12/2019 from Springs to Durban from 9:05 am but was late with an hour, the lateness is not my worry. My first concern - the were ****roaches every where, what happened to the 1st class but travel bus, please fumigate when we leave the bus as what I sow is disgusting.

Then my worst was when we were travelling the was rain in some parts of the country & the sad part is that I was sitting next to the window and the rain was coming through the window, I have to endure the trip because it the bus was full & I only manage to get a seat at the place called Umkhonto when other people were getting off....I am very ****ed off as I have paid a lot of money to get a decent service but it horrible.... Please fix your window....to top it off we finally got to Durban station at 11pm....more than 12 hours journey.

I just wonder the owners of greyhound have they used their buses to travel....I guess not and as I think putco or reyavay buses they are cleaner than greyhound.

The sad part is that I am still going to use the horrible bus to go back home....I just cringe when I think of the horror I am going to see.
