Did not meet my expectations and incompetency of joburg staff

I have bought two tickets from jhb to durban and back .two days before i cancelled TC4HGZSY.

On sunday on my way back with TC4HGZTX gor 8h00 bus i was told that both tickets were cancelled Instead of one (C5JZOLXG)

I personally went joburg park station office of which the cancelled both tickets instead of one .

Now im stranded after driving three hours to catch 08h00 sunday bus to joburg .

I felt incompetence of joburg branch staff and poor service on greyhound services . I had to opt fir another altenative transport.

Im standing at Durban station like a fool ,Not knowing what to do.

I was not helped
