Did not deliver to said destination

<p>I paid for a friend to go to Pretoria but because of taxi strikes Greyhound decided to drop my friend off at Johannesburg instead. He had to then try make his own way to Pretoria after it was said to him that "it is not greyhounds fault the roads are blocked" I paid for a service to get to Pretoria, not to Johannesburg. My friend then luckily had enough money on him to get onto the Gautrain to get to his lift in Pretoria. Fortunately he is not disabled or very elderly, would your service still been the same then? Why could Greyhound not have organised this? It was their job to get my friend to Pretoria, that is what i paid for. Its like me saying, I am only going to pay for half a ticket because its not my fault a fire burnt my house and all my life savings with it...</p>
