Demanding cash from passenger

The driver of the bus en route from Secunda to Empangeni on 27 June 2019 demanded R50 from Mrs. Mehleni Mnqayi because she had some frozen chickens in a bucket with her. My wife witnessed this. He did not issue her with a receipt for the R50 but put it in his pocket. This is ********** behaviour which cannot be tolerated.
