Delays

Greyhound Dreamliner was to depart at 19:00 and was delayed till 20:15. Actual departure time was 20:40. We stopped at a garage merely two hours in, and parked off for 20 minutes without anyone telling us we could stretch our legs or anything of the sort. Just waited. When I asked if I could take a quick break, the hostess was rude and abruptly said no because the bus is leaving now. For someone with a deadline, these delays are neither professional nor acceptable. Definitely will not be traveling greyhound again.
