Delayed & unprofessional!

Bus was supposed to depart from Richards bay @ 10:00am, only needed up leaving @ 11:30 was supposed to arrive @ 17:45 and arrives @ 22:20. My 14 year old daughter had to endure this long drive. We had to be at park station that time of the night. We witnessed a ******* and I caught the flu. Highly unreliable and unprofessional staff. Spoke to a lady @ the offices after I received an sms stating they were now 2& half hours late and she couldn't give me the correct time of arrival. Highly unsatisfactory and will never be using this coach, spent R775.00 for nonsense, never again! By the way what happen to the hostess who used to give coffee and biscuits? No movies to pass the time as well.
