Delayed and got another bus from another company

<p>My mom and i booked tickets from greyhound from pta to colesberg... The bus took us to jhb station and we had to wait there for 3:30hrs for the bus to arrive, when the bus got to us they brought a bus from another company very uncomfortable, the seats are hard and not spacious... 10 hrs is along time to be in an uncomfortable bus that you didnt even pay for, i don't recommend this company and the service is bad the lady who was assisting us was rude she couldn't even apply heat because we are frustrated i dont think I would've paid much for this bus and service... We customers and we must get what we paid for, a partial refund must be given back to us to be far because we had options and we chose greyhound!!!!</p>
