Delay bus service

<p>Super disappointed in the greyhoud/citiliner bus . The busses is forever late and they just send an sms to make u feel better. The sms doesn't mean anything because the moment u not there on time they leave without u, but u have to wait for more than 2 **** hours for a fully paid bus ticket. This **** happens everytime I take the greyhound/citiliner bus. Talk about expensive yet so unprofessional. </p>
