DEDUCTION DONE FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO CONFIRMATION

On the 30 November 2015, I did bookings for 6 people from Johannesburg to Durban 22 December 2015 coming back on 28 December 2015 online and amount of R 4160.50 was deducted from my account. I called Greyhound they can't find anything on their system and I have also sent them my bank statement.
