Decline in overall experience

I was so happy to hear that Greyhound buses are returning as I have been using their services exclusively to travel to home with. I loved the services, the facilities and the overall experience.

However this returned Greyhound is not the same one that left. You can no longer book a seat, the is no more refreshments, the buses are extremely hot for no reason, the toilets are dirty and have no toilet paper. The toilet doors don’t close so you have to pee holding the door. What I found particularly unpleasant was that you load and disembark your own luggage, mainly because I’m visibly pregnant. I won’t mention the delays because those are at least communicated and are to be expected.

I don’t think the price tag is worth it for Greyhound anymore as the experience is just the same as the other cheaper coaches. You’re just holding your breathe hoping you get home safely. I’ve used the bus a couple of times and I definitely will not be using them anymore. Highly disappointed with these coaches.
