Good day,<br> <br> I made a booking at 23:15 and when I called the call center at 00:25 cancelling the booking I'm told that there is no refund. During the booking period there were no terms and conditions highlighting this and feel ****** by the bus services. I request that be refunded my money, failing which I have to take this case further to the ombudsman.
