Day light ****** poor service expensive for nothing Nx

I've never been so ill treated and belittled like this in my life on top of that ****** offered. I bought a Citiliner plus ticket Midrand to Estcourt to ride on a Ciliner plus because is comfortable and I can rest and charge my devices. The ticket costed me R795 whereas the Citiliner minus ticket was R300 something. But because I knew what I wanted I bought citiliner plus ticket and when I go to Midrand engen stop I checked no hustel then I park Station I am told my name is on citiliner minus whereas I paid so much to be squashed like this. Intercape remain the best managed bus I'm never ridding to *** bus and I want my refund.
