My wife's bag was ****** from the trailer almost two weeks to date yet the company never called her to try and update her on how far they are with the claim. The documents she filled in said the claims are paid in 7day mind you they only pay R1000.00 don't know if anyone has clothes with less than a thousand rand in it. I would never advise my friends to get on a greyhound ever ????????????
