Couldn't be taken to my destination and constant delays

Greyhound is constantly late, causing inconvenience and secondly, I was travelling to Pinetown, but instead I was told in Pietermaritzburg that the bus is not going to Pinetown but straight to Durban. I am disgusted by their bad service, as if we travel for free.
