Corkroaches infested, flooding and dangerous bus.

I booked Greyhound Premium from JHB to EL, the bus arrived more than 1 hour 30 minutes late and it was a Citiliner (the bus was old, not well maintained and infested by corkroaches), we never received even a single apology. Along the way the bus started overheating and had smoke everywhere. Passengers started panicking, screaming and evacuating the bus and the drivers were laughing. We were told that smoke was caused by heaters, after driving for 10 minutes the bus started flooding with smelling water. The kind of flood that had our entire shoe covered in water. The drivers had nothing to say it was normal. This is a dangerous norm, stop misleading and putting your passenger's life at risk.
