Compliment

On the 18th November 2016 at 16:45,was travelling to Bloemfontein from East London. When I got to Bloemfontein I left my cardholder on the sit, on the 19 November 2016 I went to the Tourist Centre to the Greyhound office to report the incident. Tumelo called the Johannesburg Office to find out if they did not find my cardholder. To cut the story short on the afternoon the same day I got a call from Neo telling me that they have my card and have arranged them to be drop at the Bloemfontein Tourist Centre. To further substantiate this, in as much as Tumelo could not get assistance as the Lost and Found section only operates Monday to Friday he took it to his hands to attempt all he could to be of assistance. Before I could even call the lost and found, the call from the Greyhound team came. I would like to pass my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team that went through the extra mile of contacting me and the alternative number I had registered when they could not get hold of me. These are very rare incidents. I was handed my cards by the team in the bus going to East London shortly after 11pm. Well done to you Greyhound team. Just to think of the horor of replacing all the cards with driving licence on it's own is too much to even begin to imagine. This is what we call Customer Centricity., putting the customer at the centre of the company's hand.
